Templates, instructions, illustrations, layouts and other creative materials produced by Needlework Studio and supplied with our kits are provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.

Purchasing a kit gives you permission to use these materials to complete the project for your own personal enjoyment. It does not transfer copyright or grant a commercial licence.

You may not reproduce, copy, scan, photograph for reproduction, digitise, distribute, publish, upload, share, sell, sublicense or otherwise make templates, instructions, illustrations, layouts or other original materials provided by Needlework Studio available to third parties, whether in physical or digital form.

You may not use our patterns, instructions, illustrations, templates or substantially reproduced versions of them in products, kits, workshops, courses, tutorials, publications or other activities offered for sale or commercial benefit.

The licence granted for Needlework Studio patterns and creative materials is personal and non-commercial. Needlework Studio patterns, or substantially reproduced versions of them, may not be used to produce items for commercial sale without prior written permission from Needlework Studio.

You may share photographs of your own completed project for personal purposes, including on social media, provided that the underlying pattern, template or instructional material is not reproduced or made available in a form that enables others to copy or recreate it.

Needlework Studio materials may not be presented, redistributed or sold as your own work, whether modified or unmodified.

Craft use and safety

Our kits are intended for their described craft purpose and should be used according to the instructions provided.

Kits may contain needles, awls or other sharp tools. Please handle all materials carefully and keep needles, awls and other potentially hazardous components out of reach of young children.

Any specific safety information or warnings supplied with a product should be followed.

Liability
